1 General Provisions

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the website, the game Nerathia, and all related services provided by Axiarch Studio. Using the website and game constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.

The owner of the website and producer of the game Nerathia is Axiarch Studio. All rights reserved.

2 Definitions

• Axiarch Studio — independent developer of the game Nerathia and owner of the website.
• Website — the website and all its subpages.
• Game — Nerathia, an original MMORPG in development.
• User — any individual using the website, game, or community.
• Community — the official Discord server and other communication platforms associated with Axiarch Studio.
• Test versions — Alpha, Beta, and other pre-release versions made available for testing purposes.

3 Website Usage Rules

The user agrees to use the website in a manner consistent with applicable law, social norms, and the provisions of these Terms of Service.

It is prohibited to:

• Engage in activities aimed at disrupting the operation of the website or game.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, other users' accounts, or technical infrastructure.
• Use the website to distribute illegal content.
• Copy, modify, or distribute website content without the consent of Axiarch Studio.

4 User Accounts

Each user is responsible for the security of their account and the confidentiality of their login credentials. Axiarch Studio never asks for passwords.

• Sharing accounts with third parties is at the sole responsibility of the account owner.
• In case of loss of access to the account, the user must contact the administration immediately.
• The administration reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of gross violation of the Terms of Service.

5 Community Communication Rules

The community is an open space for all game enthusiasts. We expect mutual respect and polite communication.

Applicable rules:

• Treat others with respect — zero tolerance for hate speech, threats, and harassment.
• Avoid spamming and posting content unrelated to the community's topics.
• Respect others' privacy — do not share personal data without consent.
• Follow the instructions of moderators and administrators.
• Constructive criticism is welcome — hate and trolling are not tolerated.

Axiarch Studio actively listens to community feedback. Player suggestions may influence the project's development direction, but the administration is not obligated to implement all proposals.

6 Prohibited Conduct

It is prohibited to:

• Use third-party programs — cheats, bots, scripts, game client modifications, and any tools that automate gameplay.
• Exploit game bugs (exploits) to gain unfair advantages.
• Bypass security measures, interfere with network packets, or attempt to decompile the game client.
• Trade accounts, in-game items, or currency outside official channels.
• Impersonate administration members, moderators, or other users.
• Publish content of a pornographic, racist, or violence-promoting nature.
• Harass, stalk, or threaten other community members.

7 Project Development and Test Versions

Nerathia is a project developed in stages. Some features described on the website may be in the design, implementation, or testing phase. Axiarch Studio reserves the right to change game mechanics, systems, and content before release.

During Alpha, Beta, and other pre-release tests, the following may occur:

• bugs and server instability,
• restarts and technical breaks,
• character progress resets,
• balance and mechanic changes.

The user acknowledges that test versions are for project development purposes and participation is voluntary.

8 Gameplay Balance

The administration reserves the right to make changes to item statistics, character classes, abilities, economy, monsters, and events in order to maintain gameplay balance and the health of the game environment. No compensation is provided for changes made.

9 Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content available on the website and in the game Nerathia — including but not limited to: source code, graphics, 3D models, textures, music, sound effects, story, characters, names, logos, and promotional materials — are the intellectual property of Axiarch Studio and are protected by copyright.

It is prohibited to:

• Copy, distribute, modify, or use game elements without the written consent of Axiarch Studio.
• Create derivative works based on game content without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to reproduce the source code.

10 Community-Created Content (Fan Content)

The community may freely create and share:

• videos and live streams,
• guides and articles,
• graphics, fan art, and concept art,
• other content inspired by the world of Nerathia.

The condition is that the created content does not harm the project's reputation and is not used commercially without the consent of Axiarch Studio.

11 Reporting Violations

All violations of the Terms of Service, game bugs, exploits, or cases of inappropriate behavior should be reported through:

• The official Discord server,
• The contact form available on the website.

Contact details will be published before the game testing begins. Each report is handled individually.

12 Final Provisions

Axiarch Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. All changes will be published on the website. Users will be informed of significant changes through announcements on Discord and the website.

In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
